OneZone’s systems comes with a 2 year guarantee against defects.
Global Supply System’s warranty obligations for the OneZone products are limited to the terms set forth herein. Global Supply System Inc. warrants OneZone against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Global Supply System Inc. will replace the defective item for a new one, but the defective product has to be shipped to our office. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for the costumer.
Global Supply System Inc is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use and installation. The instructions are in both Spanish and English, and can be downloaded from our site.
The warranty does not apply to: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, broken parts and dents; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, power outages, or other external causes; (d) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses; (e) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Global Supply System Inc.; (f) to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Global Supply System Inc.; or (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product.
Global Supply System Inc will send the new item on a period of 30 days, starting the date the defective product is received.
